Require Arabic speaking consulting Support on a project in KSA. We are a seasoned CRM partner for the last two decades on leading CRM products such as Sugar CRM, Dynamics 365 CRM and Salesforce. In this project, there is an urgent need for an Arabic resource that understands business processes and have delivered business applications such as (having worked on either CRM , ERP or HRMS Solutions and understands UAT cycles). The resouce would be engaged in some critical stages/phases of the project (primarily during UAT, Training) to run through use cases with the client’s team online as setup in the targeted solution. The engagement model is entirely remote. There are delivery teams consisting of developers, solution consultants and client engagement director along with the Arabic resource on the project. The Arabic resource would be putting time on the following

• Understanding the design / configuration (from the internal teams comprising of solution consultants / client engagement director)
• Run through the UAT with the client in Arabic
• Perform training capsules with the client in Arabic

The quantum of time in hours would for starters be around 100 hours.
