Salesforce Code Coverage for Webservice Callout Needed

I have a trigger and class that runs (after insert, after update) and looks for the value of one field on a lead record. If that record is not null, the class performs a webservice callout and updates the lead record with values from the response. The trigger/class supports batch apex.
It works as desired in Sandbox but I need someone to write the code coverage for the trigger, class, and the WebServiceMock which is required for callouts so that I can ultimately deploy in production.
The trigger and class are in the project files. I am interested in how many hours you think it would take to accomplish and turnaround time.
