Daily administration and support of Salesforce application including customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validations - Work alongside the Chief Operating Officer to design and execute improvements to current back office systems, create and manage complex workflow rules, data validation, flows, processes and triggers - Identifying opportunities in manual processes and developing optimized, automated workflows - Supporting development and management of automated business processes, reporting, data integrity and training of Salesforce users - Working with the operations team to resolve any account and contact-related issues - Taking lead on the strategy and execution on complex multi-department projects across various business applications. - Ensuring timely delivery of reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually) and data needs to each functional team of Salesforce users - Creating and maintaining documentation on standard processes, policies, application configuration and help-related materials - Maintaining data quality by conducting data integrity audits, reviewing reports, and working with data owners to fix issues
