I am building a race car for amateur racing from a 2011 Mazda MX-5. I live in USA and want to start with the Zia symbol as the center of the design. I have an idea of what I want.  I will use the image to take it to a paint shop and have them do the paint. I am not opposed to using vinyl for graphics, but prefer paint. My initial color scheme is a red car, with yellow Zia placed (oversized and cockeyed) on the hood and running over the fenders and roof of the car. Then, a yellow door base stripe along the bottom of the car. I am thinking a dark terra cotta brown for the numbers, but that may not contrast enough with a deep red paint. Maybe an outline in yellow would help? Here is a Zia symbol too. I want to also consider reversing the paint scheme and have a bright yellow car, with Red Zia. But that is kinda bold. I like the deep red color. Original car color was Copper Mica Red, which was beautiful, but may want to lighten the red a bit to match better with traditional Zia colors.
