This role involves both process management and project management as well as quality assurance across domains.
Relevant skills include:
- Assuring operational excellence through data analytics
- Coordinating and coaching remote teams
- Building, optimizing, and running multistep processes
- Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Project, Power BI, etc.)
- Salesforce (work with other CRM and ERP systems also useful, e.g. Dynamics 365, SAP, HubSpot, etc.)
