Project Details
We are currently using a practice management software called Gentu, which doesn't integrate with anything. All our processes are paper-based and manual. In order to scale, we need to use a solution that is 1) paperless 2) can be integrated with other tools.
Here is what we are ultimately looking to achieve:
- patient intake forms will be filled out via DocuSign
THEN if a patient record is found, we want the data from the DocuSign form to feed into Salesforce (in custom fields) + attach the PDF to the patient record
If no existing record was found, the patient record should be created using the data from DocuSign
- the ability to view, manage, update patient records
- send SMS & email reminders, letters (word attachments) to patients
- View and manage appointments between patients and doctor from within Salesforce
- Set, update and cancel appointments (linked to Google Calendar)
