We are a notarial services firm that recently purchased Salesforce Field Services Lightning (FSL) to build optimized schedules for our technicians (notorial agents). The Field Service Lighting has several customizations field that we would like to apply to fit the need of our company. I am looking for someone that is highly experienced in Salesforce Field Services Lighting and could support us in setting our Salesforce Lighting cloud and App for our technicians. Below are some of the items that I would like addressed right away. We are looking to have this one-time project completed by mid December 2020. Please apply only if you can meet this deadline. Thanks for your interest. -Create Schedule Policies with workflow rules/services objectives - Setting up basic reporting and dashboards to reflect KPIs - Setting up service territority, working hours, work types -Setup lead notifications for agents -Configure email to case within Salesforce -Assist in the integration of Quickbook Online -Provide training to Owner/Dispatcher
