- The application interface will be translated at the end to Arabic Language ( I will help in translating ) . Data that will be stored also is in Arabic Language. In order to make it readable to my customers , Change the collation on the database level to allow Arabic language support ( by clicking right click on the properties of the database).An option should appear as a popup button at the end of “Adding new Transaction” is that to “upload” or “Scan” the document that customer brings. All these documents should be viewed in a specific report or on a specific inquiry. Therefore these documents should be saved engaged (or linked) to a specific transaction number.

Feedbacks: Following up
• The main goal behind this application is to follow up each single transaction. The ideal situation is to finish every transaction. Finishing a transaction practically in our project is to change its status from “Pending” to “closed successfully”. Some cases cannot be successfully closed, and then it will be closed but not successful. This is the third status.
• Giving the authority of changing status should be limited to specific users
• Once the status is changed to closed (both cases: successful and not successful) , such transactions should not appear in any follow up reports or inquiries.
• Date of changing the status should be saved as closed date
• Date of any feedback should be saved with the feedback description
• One transaction can have 1 feedback, or 2 feedbacks, or 3 or maybe 5, so in any feedback of those, a description and date should be entered and saved. At inquiry (in reports from website or IOS ), all these feedback should be popped up sorted Ascending (from recent to oldest) showing date with time and the description of feedback.
• Therefore : for each transaction number : assign maximum 10 feedbacks
continue follow up : • A transaction should be assigned to one of the secretaries that he will take it to the specified ministry .( This assignment should be saved at what date & time to be part of following feedback ) , Then when this secretary should go and ask / follow up the ministry about this specific transaction periodically . His feedback will be feeded in this application (entered in the system saving time & date ) to be shown as follow up feedback . ( one of the 10 feedback )

i wrote the below lines on 1st Feb. I just want to clarify that "upload" or "scan" means that the system at this stage should have a button "Attachments" that if clicked : it will be ready to scan then upload more than 1 document till we are "Done" with 3 or 4 documents attached. Those should be saved in the system , Linked to this specific transaction ID only . Attachment should be given maximum size for each document .i.e: not accepting very large size documents to be uploaded.
