Need someone to fix this urgently:
I integrated and EDI (Crossfire) from Zoho Inventory to Our Wholesaler.
When the shipping information come back from the wholesaler to zoho, we would like to integrate aftership so our client can get shipping information followed by email and message.
When the information comes back from the wholesaler, we need that the check box "Send an email to (client email address)" is checked. But we cannot make that the EDI can do it automatically.
Without this checking box, Aftership cannot have the email information (so aftership doesn't send email to the client)
